Repairs
Due to the current pandemic situation and the ensuing transport and capacity challenges, our repair service unfortunately needs more time than usual to make you happy again. Apologies and please be sympathetic – we’re doing the best we can, as always. Word!
The Audionet Support helps you in case one of your Audionet devices does need service or a repair. Please do not just send us your device! First fill in the Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) Audionet_RMA form completely, follow the steps listed in the document and send the form to our support afterwards.
Audionet Certificate of Authenticity
As scientists we’re putting the highest emphasis on authenticity and conservation of value. That’s why we issue the unique Audionet Certificate of Authenticity on request.
It delivers reassuring reliabilities: Proof of an authentic original product as well as information on the production date and place, modifications and upgrades.

PAM G2
It is possible to extend a single input PAM G2 with a second input. Please contact us if you are interested.
External power supplies
The compatibility of the external power supplies AMPERE, EPX and EPS G2 with current or older Audionet models as well as the needed connection cable and the main power connection of the mother unit are displayed in the compatibility chart external power supply – mother unit.

The quite incomparable listening room we recently developed enables us to evaluate tonal signals and really deep-check their quality, so as to identify even the most minuscule tonal differences. We won’t bore you with the very complicated details, but rest assured that we have invested as much effort in this 3d-creation as we put into the development of our amplifiers and players.
